Yeah but if you saw the news, they showed poiice moving into those areas with M-16s and MP-5s and even some shotguns. One cop said they would do everything with in the law to stop the looting. After a natural disaster, with in the law means looters can be shot on sight.

You didn't see the wholesale looting like in New Orleans.
