Now see? You had to go and do it. You made that statement and now Rita, instead of making a beeline to Galveston, is turning slightly north and moving in a direction that could put the outer rain bands over New Orleans and its weakened levees. Hopefully, it will weaken as it moves closer and maybe jogs a little more west to not affect New Orleans so much.
