POSSIBLE TERRORIST SCOUT?

Why would anyone video tape a bank, a dam and other structures if you are a tourist? Most tourist want picture of the Grand Canyon, National Parks and such, not finanical building and dams.

I'm just short of my Masters Degree in Psychology. I would like to be a teen counselor because its a difficult time in a person's life and most teens just need someone to talk to and understand the pressures they are under.
