NEW ORLEANS POLICE

DESERTERS

Almost 400 New Orleans police officers can't be accounted for during and immediately after Hurricane Katrina came through. Could this be the reason for the looting and chaos that followed the storm, not enough officers on the street? I guess they assumed like everyone else there, the federal government would cover it.

Specualation:

Most of those 400 were of the corrupted type. They would have been forced to arrest some of the looters whom are pawns of the higher powers that have corrupted these same named individuals.

And just a few, just evacuated along with their families, can you blame these?
