I was supposed to post this yesterday. While all the world's attention has been focused on Iraq. North Korea has gone and built an ICBM capable of reaching the continential United States. As the article states, they took missiles from the old Soviet Union and modified them to possiblly carry a nuclear warhead. and some of these can be launched from a submarine. Janes was the one who broke the story.
