OFFICERS
According to the article, Maj.Gen. Fray's investigation blames the officers and Intelligence contractors for the abuse. But no officer above the Col. who was running the prison is being blamed for the abuse.

I'm just short of my Masters Degree in Psychology. I would like to be a teen counselor because its a difficult time in a person's life and most teens just need someone to talk to and understand the pressures they are under.
