RAPE

Arvin McGee Jr., 44, was freed in 2002 after spending 14 yrs in prison for rape. DNA evidence cleared him of the rape and now he has sued the city of Tulsa and was awarded $14.5 million. The evidence showed another man was involved but by that time the 7 yr statutes of limitation on rape has expired.
